A four-pronged setting with a gold-toned surrounds the center garnet gemstone with an elaborate gothic openwork design. The gold-tone metal is unsigned, and the stick pin dates to the 1950s-1970s. Garnets represent the birthstone for January and represent the second anniversary of marriage.

Condition
The stickpin has tarnish and oxidation mostly on the pin tip and the mounting head near the garnet gemstone. The reverse of the mounting shows some residue on the stone itself.
