Black and white lithograph printed postcard entitled “Chief Iron Tail, Wife, and Boy, and the 101 Bison Ranch. The image displays Chief Iron Tail with his family, and they are dressed in traditional Native American garb. A large American Bison stands to the left of the image.

A Tipi and other architectural structures are noted behind the full-length profile subjects. The black and white image postcard is unused and is published by Kraus Mfg. Co. New York and the vintage postcard dated to the early 20th century. An ideal purchase for anyone looking to purchase vintage Native American themed ephemera or postcards.


The card measures 3.4 inches by 5.3 inches wide


The card displays light surface and edge wear—the reverse of the card with pencil notations. The reverse of the card displays masking tape residue and foxing.
