Shop this pair of large Chinese antique ceramic beads for sale. Decorated with hand-painted bats and red incised lotus scrolls that flank the white ceramic ground, this pair of beads dates to the early 20th century circa 1900-1910.
Ideal as a pair of pendant beads or as a pair of egg form medallions to wear with a beaded necklace strand, each bead is created to replicate the appearance of 18th and 19th century Peking glass, found in Chinese snuff bottles, vases, bowls, and other decorative objects. Each bead presents a large tube for threading on a rope, chain, or other necklacee cord.
