Shop this black and white flower photograph for sale by Edmund Teske (1911-1996). 20th-century American photographer Edmund Rudolph Teske (March 7, 1911 – November 22, 1996) incorporated portraits of artists, musicians with his interest in experimental photography. Teske merged and combined solarizations, montages, and other experimental techniques.
Teske has exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the Chicago Art Institute, and the San Francisco Museum of Art, numerous galleries, museums, and institutions. This gelatin silver print photograph depicts an up-close image of still life scene of flowers. Teske signed the photograph on the backing sheet, detached and affixed to the back of the previous frame backing.

The photograph displays minor surface imperfections. The photograph is affixed to a sheet of woven paper. The backing sheet with the artist’s signature is cut and affixed to the framing back—the woven sheet with creasing not visible.
